Fall is in the air, and October is bringing cooler days, colorful leaves, and lots of exciting happenings at Floyd Elementary! From special celebrations to important school events, this month is packed with opportunities for learning, connecting, and having fun together.   • Monday, October 6: #Blue Up World Bullying Prevention - Wear Blue
  • Tuesday, October 7: Don't hide from being KIND! - Wear Camo
  • Wednesday, October 8: Stomp out Bullies! - Wear boots
  • Thursday, October 9: Team up AGAINST bullies! - Wear team shirts or jerseys
  • Friday, October 10: All different, but we are Floyd Falcons! - Wear House Colors

✨ 50th Day of School Celebration! ✨

We’re excited to celebrate the 50th day of school! On, Thursday, October 30th. Students are invited to dress in their best 1950’s attire—poodle skirts, leather jackets, rolled-up jeans, scarves, and more. Let’s have a rockin’ good time as we celebrate 50 days of learning together at Floyd Elementary! 🎶👓🌀

Halloween Costumes

Students who donate $2.00 to Santa Cop are allowed to wear school appropriate Halloween costumes to school on October 31st.
